I have been supporting business owners and directors with strategic advice, insight, ideas and direction for many years.

Strategic Marketing Sounding Board

This confidential service is useful for business owners, managers and marketing professionals who need an outside, expert perspective on their marketing strategy.

We typically meet or chat on a weekly or monthly basis (face-to-face or via video) to look at the high level objectives of the business and the actions required to achieve milestone goals and results.

The external sounding board and expert guidance I provide from 20 years working with businesses of all sizes, enables my clients to make confident marketing decisions.

This support is offered privately to professionals who need to show expertise, confidence and creativity in marketing.

Marketing Power Hours

The marketing power hours are ideal if you need to brainstorm an idea, strategy or campaign – or you simply need advice on a particular channel, approach or piece of content.

These 1-2-1 video sessions are highly focused and designed around your specific questions or requirements. Whether you need help with your marketing messages, competitive positioning, growth strategy or campaign planning, I can give you insight and expert direction.

By the end of the session, you’ll know what you need to do with that specific marketing challenge.

Marketing Consultancy

My marketing consultancy packages are flexible to suit your preferences and budget.  As a guide, I typically work with directors, business owners and marketing departments via weekly, monthly or on interim placements.

  • Whether you need a full marketing strategy or a content schedule for your website, PR and social media activity, we’ll begin by putting a detailed action plan into place to help you achieve your marketing and business goals.
  • Each month (or week if required), we’ll set realistic milestones, discuss the actions set and goals you want to achieve.
  • I’ll provide expert advice on where you should be focusing your efforts in marketing and how best to do it, offering guidance on your content, positioning, sales pitch, pricing and communications when you need it.
  • To keep momentum moving forward, I’ll review progress with you, suggest improvements, inject fresh ideas and monitor results.  You’ll be able to see and measure the effects of your marketing, which will help to maintain your focus, enthusiasm and growing understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
  • As we work together, I’ll teach you all you need to know about online marketing so that, in time, you’ll be able to continue without my support if you wish – or recruit as you expand.
