As a small business or start-up, it can be costly to employ your own marketing team or agency. If you work on your own it can also mean that, along with everything else, the responsibility of promoting your business falls into your lap. But where do you start?

If you need to stand out amongst the competition, generate awareness of your business, attract more customers or take the next step in growing your business, but you aren’t sure what to focus on as a marketing priority on a limited budget, I can help.

How it Works

I have been supporting business owners with strategic advice, insight, ideas and direction for many years.

My coaching packages are flexible to suit your preferences and budget.  As a guide, I typically work on a 1-2-1 basis with Directors or business owners once a week or once a month, offering guidance over the phone, via Skype, by email and in regular face-to-face sessions.

 

  • Whether you need a full marketing strategy or a content schedule for your blogs and social media activity, we’ll begin by putting a detailed action plan into place to help you achieve your marketing and business goals.
  • Each month (or week if required), we’ll set realistic milestones, discuss the actions I have set and the goals you want to achieve.
  • I’ll provide expert advice on where you should be focusing your efforts in marketing and how best to do it, offering help with content editing, copywriting and positioning when you need it.
  • To keep momentum moving forward, I’ll review progress with you, suggest improvements, inject fresh ideas and monitor results.  You’ll be able to see and measure the effects of your marketing, which will help to maintain your focus, enthusiasm and growing understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
  • As we work together, I’ll teach you all you need to know about online marketing so that, in time, you’ll be able to continue without my support if you wish.
